How Jack Will Help

A place to start with something worth exploring.

Growing Dome Projects

Explore a Growing Dome project.

If you are considering a Growing Dome for your home, business, school, organization, or community, Jack will help you understand the opportunity, work through the early questions, and get the information you need from Growing Spaces.

Partnerships

Develop a partnership.

TurtleBack works with nurseries, schools, organizations, communities, and other potential partners interested in using a Growing Dome as more than a greenhouse. Jack will help explore what that partnership could look like and whether it makes sense for your site and goals.

Project Coordination

Coordinate the early stages.

Jack helps keep the pieces organized. That can include gathering information, coordinating conversations with his team, tracking questions, and keeping the next steps clear.

Genesis Story

From student to collaborator.

Gary and Jack first met when Gary presented at one of Jack's college classes at Minnesota State University, Mankato. What started as a conversation between professor and student grew into mentorship and eventually collaboration. Today, Jack works across TurtleBack's outreach, partnerships, programs, and technology, with much of his time focused on helping people explore opportunities involving Growing Spaces and Solar Geodesic Growing Domes.

Jack has a restless curiosity, a genuine love for conversation, and a knack for spotting the hidden potential in a half-baked concept, especially when it comes to growing domes. He'll take a rough blueprint, walk the site, talk to the growers and engineers, and stay with it just long enough to figure out whether that dome could actually feed a community, a family, or grow fresh strawberries in January!
